Texas Electrician Exam Prep

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026

Summary

The app is designed to work without an account or a first-party content server. We do not sell personal data, use advertising networks, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Study data stored on your device

Practice progress, answers, bookmarks, mock-exam attempts, lookup timing, reminder preferences, and exam settings are stored locally on your device using Apple system storage. The developer does not operate an account system for this study data.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. The app uses RevenueCat to retrieve products, process purchase status, restore purchases, and determine whether Full Access is active.

RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous app user identifier and purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction and entitlement status, app version, operating system, device information, and diagnostic metadata needed to provide and secure the purchase service. The app does not send your practice answers or study history to RevenueCat.

Notifications and issue reports

Optional study reminders are scheduled locally through Apple's notification system after you grant permission.

A Report a Problem action may open the system share or mail interface with study context prepared on your device. Nothing is sent unless you choose a destination and complete that action.

Data retention and your choices

You can remove locally stored study data by using available reset controls or deleting the app. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase-related records according to their legal and operational requirements. You can use Restore Purchases to recover access associated with your Apple Account.

Children

The app is intended for people preparing for a professional licensing examination and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The effective date above will identify the current version. For privacy questions, use the developer support contact shown on the app's App Store product page.
