License and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and Apple's applicable rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or reverse engineer the app or its question bank except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Accuracy and official sources

We work to keep original practice material accurate, but codes, examinations, licensing rules, adopted editions, and official bulletins can change. The app may contain errors or become outdated. Always consult the official code book, examination bulletin, and licensing authority before relying on study content or making professional decisions.

One-time purchase

Full Access is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. The price shown in the app is supplied by the App Store for your region. Apple processes the payment and controls billing, refund eligibility, and purchase history. Use Restore Purchases to recover an eligible prior purchase.

Intellectual property

Practice questions, explanations, interface content, and app software are original works or used under permission. NEC and National Electrical Code are registered trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association. Section identifiers are referenced for study and verification; no ownership of third-party marks or official publications is claimed.
